Hockey 11

Hockey is considered a team sport that contributes to skill development and teamwork. Each team consists of 11 players and is played on outdoor fields.

Team Formation

  • Each team consists of eleven players, including the goalkeeper.

  • The team is allowed to make substitutions from a total of 18 players in the case of having two goalkeepers.

Match Time

  • The match consists of two halves, each half comprising two periods of 15 minutes.

Substitutions

  • The team is allowed to make an unlimited number of substitutions during the match.
