Beach hockey

  • The length (36 – 44) meters.

  • The width (18 – 22) meters.

The duration of the match.

  • The match consists of two halves, each half divided into periods, with a halftime break of (3 minutes).

  • The match consists of four periods, each lasting (10) minutes, with a one-minute break between the first and second periods, and between the third and fourth periods.

Team formation

  • Each team consists of eleven players, including the goalkeeper.

  • Teams are allowed substitutions with a total of 18 players if there are two goalkeepers.
